Some fragrances that you can experience at PAFORY come from the premium segment. For this we charge you a corresponding surcharge. Each premium perfume is specially marked. The surcharge is also displayed in your fragrance calendar. If you have selected a fragrance with a surcharge, this will be automatically added to your next payment for the corresponding month. But don't worry, over 80% of our assortment has no surcharge.
Of course! You can pause your subscription at any time. You can easily do this in your account section. After the second month you can also cancel your subscription at any time. If you wish to cancel, please remember to do so at least 21 days before your next renewal.

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will inform you by email. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. If there should be an exception, we will also inform you. The shipping time depends on your place of residence. Here are the standard transit times: Germany: 2-3 days Europe: 7 - 14 days World: 15 - 30 days.
