SLM Poudre impériale means "imperial powder" and is a woody, oriental amber fragrance. Based on the original recipe of a 19th century love potion in France, perfumer Nathalie Feisthauer has refined it with bergamot oil, elemi oil, cardamom oil, black pepper oil, pink pepper oil, lily of the valley, jasmine oil, frankincense oil, heliotrope, benzoin resin, tonka bean oil, cedar wood oil, musk and vanilla. SLM's Love Potions is a series of five fine perfumes based on aphrodisiac recipes.
What is behind the fragrance Pudre Impériale?
"I love you." Because she seemed to be sleeping deeply, I dared, my face curled against her neck, to whisper, in the delicate silence of the first morning of that first night, that booming declaration. "What did you say?" She is awake! Brief moment of panic. "I inspire you."
