PDM Layton is one of the more popular releases from the PDM line and rightfully so. It's extremely mass appealing, versatile and performs well. It carries that signature PDM DNA found in Herod, Carlisle, etc but has the added notes of apple, citrus, lavender and mint. I have no issues wearing all seasons (except hot summers) and most settings/environments. If you are new to the PDM house, Layton is a great gateway to the brand.

This is my favorite perfume from Parfums de Marly!! It was love at first sniff. It's a sweet floral fragrance very delicious that lasts the whole day on my skin with a nice sillage. Not only it goes well in any period of the year but also it's perfect for day or night. The bottle and packaging are gorgeous too, but maybe it's a great option to start trying it with your monthly subscription :)

Not for me, but my stepdaughter is obsessed with Oriana! It's too bad that it's so incredibly expensive because it's perfect for someone in their late teens, twenties, and early thirty-somethings with a sweet tooth. It's a cotton candy, bubblegum orange blossom scent that projects and lasts. Oriana is so much more interesting than other sweet florals targeted at young women.

Galloway surprises me in different ways. At first i thought the scent is not that complex and I have to admit it has not that much olfactorive components. This scent is wearable for almost every occasion. I would describe it like freshly showered and it smells very clean and fresh but Not in a sportive way, very elegant. One of the more underrated perfumes from PdM.

I am a huge fan of the PDM house and Carlisle is my absolute favourite. It blends the best aspects of Layton, Herod and Oajan into this masterful concoction. Although not as versatile as Layton or Herod, the scent composition is undeniably better. I wear this exclusively but frequently for the cooler months. This is probably the best performer in the PDM line.

Julien Spencer founded Parfums de Marly in 2009. Since then, luxury perfumes have served as a fragrant memorial to bygone eras, with inspiration drawn from the 18th century. Spencer has had a lifelong interest in perfumery and history, which he combines in his luxurious creation. He allows the past and the present to coexist, recalling the lavish extravagance of the Baroque era while infusing it with a modern vision.
