§1 Organizer

The organizer of the contest is YUNIQU GmbH, Fuchseckstraße 7, 70188 Stuttgart, Germany, (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).

§2 Promotion period

The competition runs from November 22, 2025, 12:00 a.m. (CET) to December 7, 2025, 11:59 p.m. (CET). Entries outside this period will not be considered.

§3 Eligibility

Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives, as well as agencies/service providers involved in the implementation, are excluded from participation.

§4 Conditions of participation / no linking to consent

4.1 Participation is based on the actions described in the competition post or on the landing page (e.g., registration or code entry).

4.2 If the promotion mechanism requires the purchase of goods (e.g., ordering during the promotion period) as a means of participation, the organizer offers an equivalent, free alternative means of participation: During the promotion period, send an email with the subject line “Contest entry 2025” to [email protected] with the following information: first and last name, postal address in Germany, date of birth (for age verification). Each valid email counts as one entry, just like an order.

4.3 Participation is not dependent on consent to advertising. Any marketing consents given are voluntary and can be revoked at any time without affecting the chance of winning.

4.4 One entry per person is permitted; multiple entries, collective services, and automated/technical manipulations are not permitted and may result in exclusion.

§5 Prizes/images

The prizes listed on the competition page/communication will be awarded (e.g., certain models of iPhone, PlayStation, Dyson Airwrap). Images are for illustration purposes only; model/variant/color may vary depending on availability, but the total value is equivalent. If a prize offered is demonstrably no longer available, the organizer may provide a replacement prize of at least equal value.

§6 Determination of winners

The winners will be determined after the end of the promotion by random selection (lottery). A draw is planned as part of an Instagram Live event; in addition, the draw will be documented internally.


§7 Notification of winnings, acceptance period, and publication

7.1 Winners will be contacted via direct message (Instagram) or email. In addition, a list of winners may be posted on the landing page.

7.2 The prize must be confirmed in writing within 7 calendar days of the notification being sent (email to [email protected] with name and, if applicable, order/lot number). If confirmation is not received within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited without replacement and a new draw will be held.

7.3 For transparency, the first name and the first letter of the last name, as well as the Instagram username, may be published. Any further publication (e.g., photo) will only take place with the express consent of the winner.

§8 Delivery/shipping of prizes

8.1 Shipping within Germany will be at the expense of the organizer to the address provided by the winner.

8.2 If the winner provides an incomplete/incorrect address or if delivery is not possible for reasons for which the winner is responsible, the claim shall expire after the second unsuccessful delivery attempt; the prize may be redrawn.

8.3 Any taxes or duties associated with the prize shall be borne by the winner, to the extent permitted by law.

§9 Cash payment, assignment, legal recourse

A cash payment, payment in kind, or transfer of the prize is excluded. Legal recourse to review the draw is excluded. Legal claims (e.g., from product liability) remain unaffected.

§10 Grounds for exclusion/abuse

The organizer may exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions, use unfair means (in particular bots, fake accounts, purchase/sale of tickets), or provide false information. In serious cases, the organizer reserves the right to take legal action and may subsequently revoke prizes already awarded.


§11 Termination/change of the competition

The organizer reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the competition for good cause, e.g., in the event of manipulation, technical malfunctions, changes in the law, force majeure, or if proper execution cannot be guaranteed through no fault of its own. Participants shall have no claims arising from this.


§12 Liability

12.1 The organizer is liable without limitation for services provided free of charge (participation in the competition) in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as in cases of injury to life, limb, or health.

12.2 In cases of simple negligence, the organizer shall only be liable for the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

12.3 Liability under the Product Liability Act and any manufacturer's warranties remain unaffected. The organizer shall only be liable for material defects/defects of title in prizes to the extent required by law.

§13 Platform information (Instagram/Meta)

This competition is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram/Meta. The organizer is the sole contact and responsible party. By participating, the participant releases Instagram/Meta from any claims in connection with the competition.


§14 Data protection - information in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR

14.1 Responsible party: YUNIQU GmbH, Fuchseckstraße 7, 70188 Stuttgart, Germany, email: [email protected].

14.2 Purposes & legal basis: Conducting the competition, including determining the winner, notifying the winner, and sending the prize (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); preventing abuse and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c), (f) GDPR); if applicable, publication of first name + initial and Instagram handle for transparency (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR); further publications/PR only with consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR). Marketing emails only with separate consent.

14.3 Processed data: Master data (name, address, proof of age), contact/account data (email, Instagram handle), communication and shipping data required for implementation; in the case of alternative participation by email, the information specified in section 4.2.

14.4 Recipients/categories: Shipping/logistics service providers; IT and hosting service providers; for social media participation, the respective platform (Instagram/Meta's own responsibility).

14.5 Transfer to third countries: When using Instagram/Meta, processing may take place outside the EU/EEA; the platform's privacy policy applies.

14.6 Storage period: For the duration of the competition and its processing; winner data and legally relevant documents until the expiry of the statutory retention periods (usually 6 or 10 years).

14.7 Rights of data subjects: Information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and objection to processing on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f GDPR; consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

14.8 Obligation to provide data: The data required for implementation must be provided; without this data, participation or delivery of prizes is not possible.

§15 Applicable law / consumer protection

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the participant has their habitual residence remain unaffected. To the extent permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart.


§16 Severability clause

Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision. As of: October 30, 2025

Image, copyright, and trademark rights



1 The organizer uses its own recordings or duly licensed content (e.g., manufacturer press material or stock photos) to display the prizes. Any license conditions (scope of use, term, source reference) are complied with.

2 Copyright and ancillary copyrights remain with the respective rights holder. Brand and product names (e.g., Apple, iPhone, PlayStation, Dyson Airwrap) are used solely for factual identification purposes; there is no cooperation/sponsorship.

3 No infringement of rights: It is not permitted for third parties without the appropriate rights to download, redistribute, or edit the images/logos shown on the competition page.

4 Social media/communication rights: The organizer is entitled to display the product images used in the context of the competition (landing page, newsletter, organic social media posts, stories). They will not be used outside of this purpose.

5 User-generated content (UGC): Photos/texts voluntarily submitted by participants (e.g., entries, winning photos) may be used by the organizer without geographical restrictions, limited to 24 months from submission, non-exclusively and free of charge for reporting on the competition (landing page, newsletter, organic social media posts); The participant warrants that they have all the necessary rights for this and, if necessary, will obtain prior consent from persons depicted (model release).

6 Property/location: Where necessary, property releases are available for recognizable property; third-party logos in participant content must be avoided or made unrecognizable.

7 Source references: Where required by licensing law, a source reference shall be provided in the usual form (see sample below).
