Launched in 2024, the first four Extraits—Black Sesame, Golden Pistachio, Cumbawa Wood, Hypnotic Flower—are crafted in collaboration with Serge de Oliveira and Manon Coen. Each one captures a unique emotional or culinary memory.
Black Sesame captures childhood smoky-sweet brioche memory with mandarin, chocolate, rose, coffee and vanilla. Golden Pistachio is a creamy gourmand dream with pistachio, almond, rum, peony and vanilla—airy, soft, but not too sweet.
