It is not at all surprising that the idea for Acqua Alpes was born in the midst of nature.

The time? Summer 2012. and the place?

The breathtaking landscape of the Tyrolean Alps. Lara and Daniel hiked through this area, which has always had an irresistible attraction for them. They love the air, which is wonderfully fresh thanks to the glaciers, the pure high mountain water flowing through flowering meadows, and the intense blue of the sky. And on that hike, they began talking about how wonderful it would be to transfer those unique sensations to their fragrance creations. It could have been that the idea would have stayed there, in those mountains. But when Lara and Daniel returned to the valley, they decided to believe in their dream and make it their life's purpose.
The secret
Innsbruck's first perfume manufactory Acqua Alpes captures the scent of the Alps like no other. Because the indescribable feeling of vastness between the mountain massifs stems from the scent typical of the place, which is based on the clear water from Innsbruck. It forms the basis of all ACQUA ALPES fragrances. The label itself is also a testimony to this special company's attachment to its homeland. The mountain peaks of the aesthetic logo combine as if by themselves in a drop that, according to the founders themselves, reflects their essence. And the names? 2828, 2677... as arbitrary as they seem, they give a clue to the origin of the company. Sherlock Holmes would certainly have enjoyed the mystery.
The perfumers
Fragrance development at ACQUA ALPES takes place within the triad of founders. Daniel and Benjamin Deutsch are brothers and both studied business administration. Lara, a pharmacist by profession, completes the founding trio and supports the siblings with her know-how. From the first idea to distribution, everything is in the hands of the brothers. When Joachim Friedrich Schwarzlose opened a drugstore in 1856, Berlin was a big city. The cradle of the German fragrance industry is the company Spahn &amp; Büttner, founded in 1826. The idea

The Philosophy
The brand was founded in 2009 by Julien Sprecher, whose love for perfume was passed down from his father. The inspiration

Today, Xerjoff has developed different fragrance collections for every desire. The first collection "XJ 17/17" is extremely individual and yet classic. The clou here are the handmade flacons made of rock crystal or glass. This was followed by the famous and coveted "Shooting Stars" collection in 2007, which Momo had decorated with a piece of the Sikhote-Alin meteor that fell over Siberia in 1947. They are considered experimental and are produced in very small numbers. "Casamorati 1888" followed with indigenous fruit, floral and herbal nuances. Finally, in "Oud Stars," Momo interpreted the fragrant incense wood with natural oud. Today, Xerjoff is an internationally recognized brand that is an integral part of the luxury niche segment.
